The process includes tests and interviews that are both technical and psychometric.
We hire on the basis of three major factors: Skill, Communication and Attitude. We assess on the basis of skills, work experience, professionalism and communication. Our recruitment process takes within 2-4 weeks. However, we pre qualify candidates so they are ready to join when we need them.
